Staffing Policies

Our Staffing policies follow the template offered by the Diocese of Rochester.

Employment law is regularly updated and so we use the Diocesan policies as the definitive version. 

We also follow the Church of England's Safer Recruitment and People Management Code of Practice. These processes are still being updated. You can find out more about this on the Church of England website here.

In order to make those policies easily readable in our own setting we have our own customised version of the policies. These are still being fully updated.
