Christmas 2025

We'd love you to join us at some, or all(!), of our services over the Christmas period as we celebrate the birth of the saviour, Jesus. 

Details of our services are below. Many of our services are live streamed and available for catch up on our YouTube channel.

Contemporary Carols - 14th December, 7pm A carol service with a more relaxed style, with worship lead by the music group. There'll be a mix of newer songs and classic carols, so everyone will be able to join in!

All Age Christingle Service - 21st December, 10am We remember that Jesus is the Light of the World and create our christingles together. 

Traditional Carol Service - 21st December, 6.30pm A traditional candlelit carol service, with music lead by the St James Choir and readings from the Bible.

Blue Christmas - 22nd December, 7.30pm A gentle, contemplative service for those carrying pain or loss during this season. 

Crib Service - Christmas Eve, 4pm A retelling of The Nativity for all the family. Children are encouraged to dress up! 

Midnight Communion - Christmas Eve, 11.30pm A service to welcome in Christmas Day and celebrate the birth of Jesus, with Holy Communion. 

Holy Communion - Christmas Day, 8am Spoken service from the Book of Common Prayer to celebrate the birth of Jesus, with Holy Communion.

Christmas Service - Christmas Day, 10am A service to celebrate the birth of Jesus, with Holy Communion.
