About The Club
Breakfast Club: Open in Infants' school hall from 8am. We take the children into school. Buffet breakfast served until 8.30am.
Cost - £5.00 per session.
After School: We collect from school & parents can pick up from Infants' hall up to 6pm. Tea is served at 4.30pm (we have limited cooking facilities so it's baked beans, baked potato etc).
Cost - £13.50 per session.
We have a relaxed & inclusive ‘home from home’ environment for children from Reception to Year 6.
We offer crafts, toys, games, occasional themed events (Harvest, Chinese New Year, Burns' Night etc) and make as much use of the outdoor areas as possible.
All activities are optional. The children can let off steam outside or use quieter areas to play in the hall or library before or after a long day at school.
We have high staff-to-children ratios and the team are there to lead, join in with or supervise activities, as appropriate.
We use email to contact parents - if you are waiting for sessions with us, please keep an eye out for messages from us. If you no longer need a session you are offered, please let us know asap in fairness to other families on the waiting list.
We are sorry that we are unable to offer shorter sessions or sibling discounts.
If we have a space, you can book from the start of the following term & we assume that your child will then stay with us until the end of year 6 unless you tell us otherwise.
We are now a provider for Tax Free Childcare - we are registered under St James' Preschool & After School Club.

All our staff are part-time and may not always be able to respond on the same day.

Please email any changes to bookings as soon as possible. For last minute changes – please call or text to Mandy’s phone.
We are oversubscribed for almost all sessions so please apply as early as possible. The waiting list operates on a first come first served basis. Please return the Admissions Form & Medical Form, preferably by email or please drop a paper copy into the Church Office. We are sorry that we are not always able to immediately offer all sessions requested.
