About The Club
We are open from 8am until school begins and from when school closes until 6pm.
The Club aims to create a ‘home from home’ environment where we welcome children from Reception to Year 6, from all backgrounds and with all abilities.
The children are provided with breakfast (cereals, toast and fruit) and a light tea (we assume children will then eat at home in the evening) as our cooking facilities are limited.
We meet in St James' Infants’ school hall and offer a wide choice of indoor activities and make as much use of the outdoor areas as possible. We are committed to ensuring that each child feels included. All activities are optional for the children with a focus on developing social skills in a relaxed and caring setting.
Please note we are fully booked for all sessions except Friday afternoon - you can join the waiting list if you complete & return the admissions form (download below) so we have your details.
We were rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2015 Ofsted registered EY438340
Cost from September 2019 Breakfast - £5.00, After School - £13.50 per session. We are sorry that we are unable to offer shorter sessions or sibling discounts. We are now a provider for Tax Free Childcare - we are registered under St James' Preschool & After School Club.

We are oversubscribed for almost all sessions so please book as early as possible. Things can change quickly though and the waiting list operates on a first come
first served basis. Please return the Admissions Form below, either by email or drop it into the Church Office. We are sorry that we are not always able
to immediately offer all sessions required. We are receiving admissions forms
for September 2020.
